The apartment at Vivienda Aries was amazing! It had everything we needed for our family with 2 small kids. The bedrooms were comfy, the living room was cozy, and the fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver. The flat-screen TV and air conditioning were great bonuses too. We felt right at home!

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor a bit slippery, but hey, that's just me.

Amazing place to stay in Puerto del Carmen, we stayed just 14 nights. Amazing facilities, everything we needed was there. Pool was heated. Location of the apartment was incredible, prime.

We didn't feel like leaving, the stay was really lovely.

the room was huge, thanks to a microwave, an individual safe, and air conditioning the needs were met. the location was marvellous and particularly good, near to beach, bars, restaurants and shopping, the sea front and restaurants, and bars. we had some drinks at bar the galleon inn, situated 500 metres away.

I always return to this hotel in Puerto del Carmen because the staff is helpful and friendly. They even returned my forgotten hairbrush once. The amenities here are perfect for me – free Wi-Fi, off-site car park, kitchen utensils, air conditioning, flat-screen TV. I'll be back this weekend!

Value for money was excellent, the apartment exceeded expectations with its size and high standard of furnishings and amenities. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to both the old town and main strip. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive, assisting with any questions or requests promptly. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Our family of five, including three teenage boys, stayed at Vivienda Aries for an amazing vacation. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. We loved the central location, just a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops. The communication with the owners was excellent, ensuring a smooth arrival. The apartment was incredibly clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the modern appliances, like the large fridge-freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. The added bonus of having Netflix on the TV was perfect for winding down after a day on the beach. this was the best place we've ever stayed and highly recommend it.

The blinds in the sitting room were broken, making it too bright. this is being addressed and will likely be fixed soon.

The apartment at Vivienda Aries was absolutely perfect for us! The two bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved having two bathrooms for added convenience. The living room provided a cozy space to relax after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and we particularly enjoyed making coffee with the coffee machine. the apartment felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for more.

We stayed at Vivienda Aries for 3 weeks and didn't want to leave. The apartment was modern, spacious, and had a beautiful sea view. Both bedrooms had modern ensuite bathrooms, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there was even an additional toilet. Carmen, the host, was very responsive to our emails and texts and arranged a taxi to the airport for us. The location was perfect, close to the old town and great places to eat. The balcony was a sun trap, allowing us to enjoy the view without being bothered by the wind.

The only minor downside was that there weren't enough towels for two adults, but given the luggage restrictions, it was understandable.

It was conveniently situated close to both the beach and the town center, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy all that the area had to offer.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. the safe in the apartment was not working.
